Membership Mission: To secure and retain a representative membership base from throughout the regional business community providing adequate financial and volunteer resources from which to implement Chamber initiatives

2008 Priority Issues

Priority issues for 2008 will be implementing marketing initiatives, reaching a membership base of 3,000, restructuring the dues schedule and benefit levels of membership, creating a retention program to maintain 84 percent, strengthening the two business councils and creating educational and business-to-business opportunities for members. To accomplish these goals the Membership department plans to conduct a member survey, expand the sales team and clearly convey member benefits and programs to all new members. Also, they will plan and coordinate the 2008 signature events and utilize board members and increase participation in member events.
